You will first need to inspect the project and take a look at the dependences. The dependencies are any files which your project relies on. After this you can troubleshoot to find out which problem is causing the active error 429 problem.
If the files exist but are not registered then you will need to register them. This is easy if you are using visual basic. To do this simply choose Project Components, Click Browse and then look for the OCX file you want to register.
This will automatically register the ActiveX file and prevent the ActiveX Error 429. Regsvr32 can also be used to register any file on your computer.
